Yellow Peppers

An irreplaceable part of a Latin style dinner, yellow peppers, also known as Bell peppers

They have a gorgeous yellow hue that will stand out from other ingredients, and have an unmistakable grassy, slightly bitter flavor that you can enjoy even if you eat them raw, that’s why we absolutely adore them. So whether if you choose green, yellow or red, they will all astound you the same.

how to eat

  1. Stuff yellow peppers with just about everything, ground meat, turkey or veggies and cheese.
  2. Dont you just adore stir fries? We definetly do.. Add some yellow peppers on a hot pan with some olive oil and salt. Mix them until the desired tenderness is reached.
  3. If you dont want to eat them as a side dish, puree them and add to a soup.
  4. You may not know it, but you can make a killer smoothie by adding some peppers into the mix.

Like every pepper, store dry in a paper bag if raw for up to two weeks, on a plastic container for about 3 to 5 days, if cooked.
